City of Chicago – Bureau of Electricity Ardmore Associates provides underground utility locating and marking services for an area of the City of Chicago that covers approximately one sixth of the city – South of 39th Street and East of Halsted Street. The work consists of marking Bureau of Electricity facilities for all permitted excavations in the area. |

City of Chicago – Department of Transportation Ardmore Associates is providing resident engineering services for various roadway projects throughout the City of Chicago. Responsibilities include the inspection and documentation of contract quantities for all work completed. |

Village of Bridgeview – Professional Soccer Stadium Ardmore Associates was the owner’s representative for Toyota Park, the professional soccer stadium in south suburban Bridgeview. We coordinated the scope definition, budget, design, schedule and construction of the project. |

Chicago Public Schools Ardmore Associates serves as the owner’s representative for CPS capital improvement projects. We provide plan review and permitting assistance. |

Illinois State Toll Highway Authority Ardmore Associates provides construction inspection services for the widening and reconstruction project on the I-294 Toll Highway; project management for I-355; and construction inspection for the I-90 Elgin Toll reconstruction and open road tolling project. |

University of Chicago, Hyde Park Ardmore Associates serves as the construction manager for a residence hall and dining facility at the University of Chicago. |

Forest Preserve District of Cook County Ardmore Associates provided construction inspection services for an Illinois Department of Transportation-funded bike trail along Salt Creek in Cook County. We also serve as project manager and construction inspector of all capital improvement projects, such as the construction of picnic shelters, building roofs and walking trails. |
